These terms apply to the dashboard website, its public community pages, Discord sign-in flow, and server management features.
2. Community Simulation Service
The dashboard provides tools for viewing and managing political-simulation data for participating Discord communities, including parties, offices, election maps, races, companies, and related public summaries.
The dashboard is a community simulation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, any real central bank, or any government agency.
3. Accounts and Discord Access
Some features require Discord authentication. You are responsible for the Discord account you use to access the dashboard and for activity performed through that account.
Access to server-owned dashboard data depends on your Discord server membership, roles, permissions, and delegated capabilities. Server administrators are responsible for assigning permissions appropriately.
4. Server Data and User Content
Participating communities and their authorized users may create, edit, publish, or remove simulation data. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit or manage.
Publicly published community data may be visible to users who are not signed in. Do not submit private, sensitive, illegal, or harmful content to any public dashboard area.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the dashboard to harass others, impersonate people or communities, interfere with the service, bypass authorization checks, scrape at abusive rates, upload malicious content, or violate applicable law.
We may restrict or remove access to protect users, communities, the dashboard, or connected services.
6. Availability and Changes
The dashboard is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, break, be rate-limited, or be discontinued without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the dashboard after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The dashboard is provided without warranties of any kind. Simulation results, public summaries, and administrative tools may contain errors or incomplete information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the dashboard maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
